These terms cover your use of codemyc.com. They do not cover the work we do for clients — that is governed by the signed agreement for each engagement.

You may read, share, and link to anything here. By using the site you accept these terms; if you don’t, please don’t use it.

Don’t try to break the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to distribute anything unlawful.

What’s on the site

The text, design, brand name, logo, and code of this site belong to Codemyc, except where we credit someone else. You’re welcome to quote us with attribution and a link. Republishing pages wholesale, or presenting our work as your own, is not okay.

The projects described on this site were delivered for the organizations named. Their trademarks and platforms belong to them, and nothing here implies they endorse us.

Accuracy

We keep this site accurate and current, but it describes capabilities and past work in general terms. Nothing here is technical, legal, or financial advice, and nothing here is an offer or a quote. We may change or remove anything on the site at any time.

Contacting us

Writing to us — through the form or by email — starts a conversation, not a contract. No client relationship exists until both sides sign an agreement.

Please don’t send confidential material in a first message. If your project needs an NDA before we can talk properly, say so and we’ll sign one.

Where we link out, we don’t control what’s on the other end and aren’t responsible for it.

Liability

This site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Codemyc is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, and any dispute about them belongs to the courts of Montevideo.

If these terms change, the new version appears on this page with a new date above.
